Our client is a leading provider of ITAD and aftermarket solutions. They are looking for an experienced and capable Operations Manager to oversee their new site in Las Vegas.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proactive approach to leadership and will be able to operate with a handson management style. The ability to be comfortable out on the site floor and assist in upskilling the workforce is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
- Proactively managing up to 20 operatives across a busy recycling plant
- Overseeing production capacity planning and health & safety
- Improve performance and output by constantly seeking out process improvements
- Closely monitoring the recycling operation
Requirements
- Experience in a labor intensive busy environment such as recycling manufacturing or distribution
- The ability to be autonomous and actively identify areas for improvement
- A keen eye for health & safety policies and procedures
- A passion for hands on leadership
