We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the daytoday operations of our janitorial services in Houston. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of janitorial staff optimizing operational processes and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team of janitorial staff providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance.
    • Conduct regular team meetings training sessions and performance reviews.
  2. Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to maximize productivity and ensure the highest quality of service.
    • Monitor and manage cleaning schedules ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to client specifications.
  3. Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problemsolving.
    • Address client concerns promptly and ensure all service requests are handled effectively.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee that cleaning services meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to assess and improve service delivery.
  5. Resource Management:
    • Manage and optimize resources including staffing levels equipment and supplies to meet operational demands and budgetary goals.
  6. Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and implement relevant updates in the janitorial field.
  7. Budget Oversight:
    • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the operational budget tracking expenses and identifying costsaving opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management preferably in the janitorial or facilities services industry.
  • Demonstrated history of strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in janitorial services.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and technology for operational management.
