The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the company. This includes ensuring efficient project execution meeting project deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the company. This includes ensuring efficient project execution meeting project deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and guide project teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Displacement Secant Piles Cased CFA CFA Large Diameter and other relevant construction techniques.
- Experience in managing Soil Displacement Micropiles Pile Driving and Lagging Walls projects.
- Knowledge of Soil Retaining and Specialised Low Overhead construction methods.
- Desired Experience: The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Salary & Benefits: The salary for this position is annual and the maximum salary offered is $215000. In addition to a competitive salary the company may offer benefits such as health insurance retirement plans and vacation time.
