Our client is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join the placement team within their growing commercial financing marketplace.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial scorecards and reports
- Documentation and preparation of training materials for each function within the organisation
- Tracking and consolidation of relevant company updates (financial milestones enhancements) into presentation decks
- Project management in a variety of commercial lending applications: warehouse line / Partner platform / CRM enhancements / workflow automation
- Identify and hire for various operational / sales / analytical functions according to company needs
- Oversee omnichannel marketing strategy and collaborate with the sales team to ensure messaging and target markets are aligned
- Oversee company payroll function for 15 employees and contractors (regular payroll bonus tracking and reporting contractor hour and payout tracking)
- Ensuring accountability of deliverables of the organization across all teams
- 3 years of experience in a training or financial operations related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and credit profiles
- Training and documentation experience
- Goaloriented with a tenacious followup approach
- Bachelors degree in business finance or related field can be overcome with industry experience
