Role and Responsibilities:
Talent Bee Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational functions of multiple dental diagnostic centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daytoday operations implementing efficient workflows and upholding topnotch quality and patient satisfaction standards.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Supervise and manage the daily operations of several dental diagnostic centers.
    • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
    • Develop and execute operational policies and procedures to optimize service quality and efficiency.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit train and lead a team of administrative personnel dental technicians and support staff.
    • Provide strong leadership mentorship and support to promote a cohesive and motivated team.
    • Conduct regular performance assessments and facilitate professional development initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain exceptional standards of clinical quality and patient care across all centers.
    • Implement quality assurance measures and conduct frequent audits to ensure compliance.
    • Address operational issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Financial Management:
    • Collaborate with the finance department to plan budgets and oversee expenses.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and manage costs.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and operational enhancement.
  • Patient Experience:
    • Promote a patientcentric culture focused on providing exceptional experiences.
    • Handle patient inquiries complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in operations management within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
