Position: Chinese Operations Manager

Location: Bucharest Romania

Employment type: Fulltime


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee the contact center team to meet performance goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process enhancements
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency customer satisfaction and team productivity
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards industry guidelines and company policies within the contact center
  • Supervise and assess staff performance offer constructive feedback and conduct regular performance assessments
  • Analyze data and metrics to spot trends areas for enhancement and opportunities to elevate service quality
  • Implement training initiatives to enhance team skills bolster knowledge of insurance products and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Prepare reports and presentations detailing contact center performance for senior management
  • Hold responsibility for overall contact center performance and personnel management.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Native/advanced level of Chineselanguage and C1 English
      • Demonstrated expertise in client and internal stakeholder management
      • Proficiency in interpreting detailed business requirements
      • Previous experience in supervising teams
      • Demonstrated presentation and negotiation skills
      • Proficient in financial tracking
      • Knowledgeable in resource forecasting and planning
      • Preferably holds a degreelevel education.
      • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
      • Strong insurance business acumen
      • Effective organizational skills for self and others
      • Actionoriented with keen attention to detail
      • Actively contributes to the broader management team
