Purpose of the job

This role will be the primary operations support for Collinson s

Manage daily operations (batch processing, exports/imports with third-parties)

Communication with clients, client onboarding, Offer setup

Sending reports to client at agreed

Monitoring daily tasks and notifications form various

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operational processes as per business requirements
  • Liaise with service partners and clients to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of services
  • Manage customer escalations and perform RCA to minimize occurrence
  • Liaise and coordinate with tech, business, and accounts teams
  • Keep track of key operational metrices and maintain reports/MIS
  • Creating effective procedures and standards to ensure productivity and quality control
  • Manage and track customer queries & claims (meticulous handling of claims)
  • Timely responses to customer queries

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Graduate with minimum 3 years exp in ops/customer service preferably within financial services industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within operations role
  • Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer delight and operational excellence
  • Good communication skills, verbal and
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of affiliate / performance marketing is advantageous
  • Good communication skills are a must and the ability to articulate concepts and designs verbally and in written a plus point
