JewelsHire a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Andheri East Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing strategy for driving D2C business
- Timely Order dispatch.
- Managing the content on the platform
- ECommerce Operations management
- Forecasting inventory management
- End user engagement
- Ecommerce executive will be responsible for sales of the Brand across marketplaces such as Amazon eBay Flipkart etc .
The responsibilities will include:
1) Responsible for topline growth in a sustainable fashion.
2) Responsible for creating & managing the listing and cataloguing operations.
3) Establishing meaningful partnerships with marketplaces to develop new sales channels.
4) Leading client servicing and client interacting with clients to increase sales and resolve issues.
The person will have full responsibility for the companys business on online marketplaces.
ECommerce Excellence:
- Optimize listings drive online sales and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Supply chain Operation
- Management of Branding collateral
- Analyse data to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
- Social Media Mastery
- Lead our Instagram presence creating compelling content and engaging with our audience.
- Be the voice of our brand online maintaining a consistent and engaging tone.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with our marketing and design teams to align online and offline efforts.
- Provide insights to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field with B2C Operations.
- Possess a solid understanding of ecommerce frameworks.
- Solid understanding of inventory management order and fulfilment processes.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales/BD operations with an ecommerce vendor or at a marketplace
- Should have a demonstrated track record of generating sales on online platforms sustainably
- Should have experience leading teams
- Experience in jewellery industry preferred
- Experience working with an online marketplace is highly desired
- Education UG:Any Graduate Any Specialization
- Proven experience in ecommerce management preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Social media expertise with a focus on Instagram.
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
