- Preparing, organizing and developing the tasks and duties of the departments and work centers in a way that ensures the conduct of business, meeting work requirements, maintaining its continuity and ensuring that there is no duplication in it, and increasing effectiveness and productivity within the objectives, policies and strategies of the Bank and the best standards and practices applied globally.
- Coordination with the stakeholders in the various departments to periodically review and develop the tasks to ensure their comprehensiveness and separation between them.
- Creating / modifying job description cards for the different departments through job analysis in accordance with the best international practices, and in line with the nature of the tasks and duties assigned to the job and the purpose of its existence.
