Operations Director
£100,000 plus bonus
The Group
In operation for over 25 years, this family-led, residential care, dementia care and nursing care provider with a portfolio of homes across the South West
The role:
- Reporting to the CEO you will support 2 Regional Directors with service improvement plans following CQC inspections to achieve full compliance and work on continuous improvements across the portfolio
- There will also be some turnaround projects to work on when you will be spending time in a particular home, supporting Home Managers, Peripatetic Managers and new managers.
About you:
- With experience gained across homes that provide both residential and nursing care, you will ideally have extensive turnaround experience.
- You will also be able to demonstrate a good track record of leading a team to achieve positive CQC outcomes.
- This role will suit Regional Operations Managers who are adept at operational, financial and quality management.
