Who are we IPS is an international company with inhouse Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries Automation and Architecture. EPCM expertise more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset.
With an average age of 32 we are encouraged to channel our curiosity and innovative thinking into projects.
Now we are looking for a Intermediate Consultant in our office in Madrid/Barcelona Spain.
As a consultant you will be responsible of Managing projects and coordinate a team of analysts in order to develop project deliverables according to GroupIPS quality standards. Also you will Conduct strategic and financial analyses within technical projects and give advice for Strategic Consulting to industrial customers.
What is the role About
Provide strategy management / opportunity search to grow the business unit.
Manage the assigned Strategic Consulting projects providing planning coordination steering and drive.
Lead and supervise junior colleagues.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects in time and with the highest level of excellence
Support the team by spreading knowledge launching initiatives towards business excellence etc.
Research gather and analyse the information regarding the ongoing projects in a timely manner.
Identify consulting needs and opportunities and develop respective proposals.
Provide initiatives conclusions proposals actions etc. making recommendations not only from the assigned projects but also from any potential opportunity.
Support the team by spreading knowledge launching initiatives towards business excellence etc.
Adaptability to handle various types of projects such as: Market analysis business plans masterplans investment plans operational efficiency digitalization Project Management Offices organizational transformation.
Requirements
- Master s degree in industrial engineering Business or similar
- 3 to 5 years of total experience in similar responsibilities and project.
- Skills in Team management and client interaction.
- Flexibility and adaptive approach for diverse shortterm missions
- Capacity to understand and capture different customer needs requirements and specific business environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
- Open to national and international Mobility
- High level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
