Were seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team bringing expertise in administrative support organizational systems and resource management to enhance our daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless workflow across all departments.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Barcode creation
  

• Stock import
  

• Tracking of shipment
  

• Shopify management (adding codes adding tags etc)
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven relevant experience on the role.
  

• Knowledge in using Microsoft office and Google Workspace
  

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  

• Proficiency in data entry
  

• Outstanding customer service skills.
  

• The ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
