About Us:

Arezou(venture of Ishmay Organics) is looking for a dynamic and self driven Operations and Delivery Executive who can work on streamlining and optimizing backend operations and help the founder Ishita take the brand to the next level of scale.

Arezou(arezou.in) is India s First Personalized Aromatherapy selfcare brand crafting essential oils based skincare and wellness rituals for women as as they go through different phases of their lives while deep diving into their innate desire for health happiness and healing.
We are an AYUSH approved USDA organic certified company led by the founder Ishita who is India s only certified soap maker from HSCG USA and a certified aromatherapist.
We handcraft natural soaps skincare oils therapy blends and aromatherapy candles and operate in D2C white labelling and Export Model.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Operations and Delivery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations and ensuring efficient delivery of products/services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills excellent problemsolving abilities and a keen eye for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Manage and optimize all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. This includes overseeing inventory management resource allocation and process optimization.

Delivery Management: Lead the delivery team to ensure timely and highquality delivery of products/services to clients. Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations and delivery teams. Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with our delivery capabilities. Address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve delivery processes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
Proven experience in operations management preferably in a deliveryfocused role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
