Operations and Contracts Analyst - 100 remote

We are looking for a Operations and Contracts Analyst with It is easy to interact with different stakeholders and who likes and feels organized.

Our clients are international and we have presence throughout Latin America.

Requirements:

• Understanding of legal principles related to commercial contracts and business operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders both verbally and in writing in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to analyze data identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to handle detailed information and ensure accuracy in all processes.
• Negotiation skills to obtain the best contract terms and resolve disputes when necessary.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced English proficiency reading writing and conversation. Spanish is an advantage.

The activities:

• Operational management of contracts (clients team and suppliers): Managing relationships with clients suppliers and team members to ensure contract progress and execution as well as monitoring contract renewals. Providing support in contract terminations.
• Operational Analysis: Evaluating existing processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency. This may involve workflow optimization cost reduction and implementation of best practices.
• Project Execution: Collaborating with different departments to implement strategic projects related to operations and contracts. This may include coordinating crossfunctional teams and monitoring project progress.
• Supplier Management: Maintaining relationships with key suppliers ensuring contractual agreements are fulfilled and handling performance and deliveryrelated issues.
• Tracking and coordinating paid leave for professionals.
• Infrastructure and Equipment Management: Monitoring existing and new equipment loans making recommendations concerning the same.
• Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to operations and contracts to identify trends opportunities and potential issues.
• Reporting and Documentation: Preparing regular reports on operational performance and contract status. Maintaining accurate and organized documentation related to operations and attention to deadlines and renewal terms.
