Job Description:

As an Operations Analyst at NoemDek Limited you will play a vital role in assisting the companys operations department in optimizing overall performance. You will be responsible for conducting indepth analysis interpreting data and providing valuable insights to improve operational efficiency and drive organizational growth. Your expertise in datadriven decisionmaking will contribute to improving processes reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform statistical analysis on operational data and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on findings.
2. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with various teams and departments to develop effective strategies for operational optimization.
4. Identify bottlenecks process inefficiencies and gaps in operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop insights that drive effective decisionmaking.
6. Proactively monitor operational performance and implement corrective measures to ensure targets are met.
7. Develop and maintain effective documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
8. Assist in the implementation of operational strategies initiatives and process improvements.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
3. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
4. Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel Power BI or similar software.
5. Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
7. Detailoriented individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
