As an Open Program Advisor, you take the lead in selling open programs. In this position, it s your goal is to support the Marketing & Open Programs (Sales) department and the rest of the team. Your local markets are France and French-speaking areas, reporting to the Head of Open Programs.
Who you will become
A member of the Krauthammer family who takes the lead to reach targets and sets activities in motion.
Approach and persuade prospects into becoming OP clients:
Convert incoming calls & leads generated by marketing into clients:
Hunt and farm Open Program clients by approaching and persuading prospects into becoming OP clients.
Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
Understanding clients' needs and identifying OP sales opportunities.
Advise HR contacts and future participants about the best program choice (trusted advisor)
Closing sales.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Calling after invoices.
Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information via email.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential clients.
Staying informed about competing programs in the market.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Up to date on program knowledge
Accomplish a number of In-Company service leads identified:
Activate existing clients for IP programs
Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
Understanding clients' needs and identifying IP sales opportunities.
Guide potential OP participants to the right program
Advise potential participants in the best-suited open Program
Advise HR contacts and future participants to the best program choice (trusted advisor)
Maintain and Develop clients:
Develop OP clients to large OP clients
Cross-selling
Building on AR to get more OP participants.
Nurture and activate active references
Maintain contact with an own portfolio of Open Program clients scan for opportunities.
Upselling programs.
Follow up on participants during the subscription process and after their training.
Who you are:
A passionate people person with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in outbound sales.
Bachelor s degree.
3-5 years experience in an outbound sales position.
Excellent skills in the native language in word and writing (French, Flemish and Dutch).
Excellent level of the English language in word and writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
