About the Role: O&M Manager Solar

As the O&M Manager Solar at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities of solar projects. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of solar installations managing maintenance schedules and adhering to safety standards. To delineate expectations clearly we have outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the requisites of the O&M Manager Solar position.

Functional Parameters:

1. Solar Plant Performance:
   

Target: Maintain high levels of solar plant performance ensuring maximum energy generation and efficiency.

1. Preventive Maintenance:
   

Target: Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prevent equipment failures.

1. Equipment Reliability:
   

Target: Ensure the reliability and functionality of solar equipment including panels inverters and tracking systems.

1. Safety Compliance:
   

Target: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and guidelines to mitigate the risk of accidents and injuries.

1. Monitoring and Diagnostics:
   

Target: Regularly monitor solar plant performance and conduct diagnostics to identify and rectify issues promptly.

1. Budget Management:
   

Target: Effectively manage the O&M budget optimising resources and controlling costs while maintaining service quality.

1. Team Leadership:
   

Target: Lead and motivate the O&M team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.

1. Contract Management:
   

Target: Manage contracts with thirdparty service providers ensuring compliance and quality of service delivery.

1. Quality Assurance:
   

Target: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability and longevity of solar installations.

1. Reporting and Analysis:
   

Target: Generate comprehensive reports on O&M activities performance metrics and cost analysis for management review and decisionmaking.

Requirements

Fundamental Parameters:

Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of proven experience in listed companies.

Qualification: B.E Electrical or any Diploma / Degree / Master s in relevant Engineering from a recognized institution.

Location: Mahesana Gujarat

Compensation: Competitive aligned with industry standards.

Gender: Only Male Candidates

Age Range: 30 to 40

Preference: Candidates with experience in O&M Solar Plants Min. 4 Years

Other Parameters:

Must have experience in various types of O&M of the Rooftop & Ground Mount solar plants
Fully technical knowledge of the solar plant flow and each & every part utilised in it
Schedule maker of all types of cycle in O&M of the solar plant
Good planner & executor
Good team manager
Good internal communication skills
Flexible working hours
