JOB TITLE: Office Specialist
PAY RATE: $16.50/HR
SCHEDULE: 1st shift Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (theres a possibility of mandatory overtime; early mornings late night weekends and holidays)
LOCATION: Santa Ana CA
Our client seeks individuals to assist with the upcoming election with materials and processing. This is an important role needing a responsible individual to join the team.
Job duties include:
- Stapling print materials
- Conducts inventory and prepares printed material for distribution
- Related activity as needed
Other tasks could include...
- Receives election supplies and verifies the quantities of items delivered.
- Unpacks and sorts supplies as instructed into bundles to be issued out.
- Conducts inventories to ensure the correct items equipment and quantities are included in the supply boxes. Validates inventories of supply boxes as well as equipment for accountability purposes.
A great candidate...
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be dependable reliable and punctual
- Must have reliable transportation available
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
