5. Maintain office filing systems both digital and physical ensuring easy retrieval of information.
6. Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance replenishing stock as needed.
7. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a secretary administrative assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
