Office Manager at New Jersey Best Lawn Sprinklers and Fencing

New Jersey Best Lawn Sprinklers and Fencing is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee our daytoday office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service is at the heart of our success. Will work with customers sales staff field service technicians and customer service representatives to ensure that we deliver outstanding service and client communication making the process as seamless as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments answering customer inquiries supervising staff and managing payroll hours.
  • Release Posting Batches ensure all Work is completed or reschedule Delegate work to staff.
  • Managing client relationships including handling client complaints and resolving client issues.
  • Acting as a backup for phone system; answering phone calls when backed up.
  • Work directly with the owner to split up tasks review post and approve daily hours of all employees.


Requirements

  • 35 years of experience working in an officerelated industry such as construction landscaping plumbing fencing or electrical contracting.
  • Basic/intermediate/proficient experience in Excel is required.
  • Basic technical knowledge and the ability to sit behind a computer for 810 hours is required.
  • Excellent written verbal and auditory communication skills.
  • Proficient with using technology including CRM Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook and Adobe.
  • Quick learner for a fastpaced environment.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
