This position is available for immediate start if desired and ideally before May 2024. It is a fully onsite role at our Stfa location with flexible working days and times.

Tasks

  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies coordinating office maintenance with internals and externals and managing office equipment
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks including scheduling interviews onboarding agendas and working with the HR lead on other initiatives
  • Organize and coordinate company events meetings and team building activities
  • Assist with travel arrangements for employees including booking flights hotels and transportation
  • Support other operations colleagues with processing incoming mail invoices and purchase requests from the team
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements

  • Some experience in office administration or HR support
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Our recruitment process consists of three stages:

  1. A 30 min. phone interview with our People & Culture team member to discuss your general career motivations and present our company and this role.
  2. A 11.5 hour phone interview with 12 members of the hiring team to deep dive into the core skills requirements.
  3. An onsite visit to interview with and meet many members of the team that you would be working in. This often includes lunch and gives you a strong sense of the company culture and individuals.

Then both parties take their decisions. We aim to complete all steps in one month but also allow for modifications to ensure both sides have a full picture of the skills and culture match to take the decision in an informed way.

Tip: the cover letter is optional but it is a great way for us to know why you are applying. Taking the time to add a paragraph to a plain document to upload is not only totally fine but much appreciated. No need for formal or fancy formatting as we are an informal team that appreciates authenticity.
