We are looking for dynamic and resultsoriented individuals to join our team as Office Automation B2B Sales Executives. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales of office automation solutions to businesses. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B sales excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of office automation technologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and research potential clients within the B2B sector.
    • Generate leads through cold calling networking and other prospecting methods.
    • Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential for our office automation solutions.
  2. Solution Selling:

    • Conduct needs assessments to understand clients pain points and business requirements.
    • Present and demonstrate our office automation solutions to prospective clients.
    • Tailor presentations and proposals to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and priorities.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing insights and recommendations on how our solutions can add value to their business.
    • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing ensuring timely followup and progression of opportunities.
    • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads activities and sales performance.
    • Forecast sales and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments.
    • Identify emerging opportunities and potential threats within the market.
    • Use market intelligence to refine sales strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales preferably in the office automation or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of office automation technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.

Desired Experience & Qualification Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience). Technical Experience: Proven experience in a technical leadership role within an MSP or similar environment. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity. Familiarity with ISO framework and best practices. Experience with managing and troubleshooting common IT systems and platforms. Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to to motivate and inspire a team. Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of technical professionals. Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer Service and Communication: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and team members. Continuous Learning: A passion for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, ITIL, NIST) would be advantageous. Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Ability to align technical strategies with business objectives. Understanding of the MSP industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Experience in collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to drive business growth.
