Were hiring a Office Assistant responsible for diverse tasks such as site management support reception duties purchasing and supplier care. Daily activities include handling expense approvals processing mail welcoming guests placing orders and overseeing accounting and company logistics. While a formal apprenticeship is not required a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. This is a fulltime position with competitive pay opportunity for continuous growth and many more employer perks. Tasks

  • Approval requests for all types of expenses
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Reception of guests and applicants
  • Orders of any kind
  • Preparatory accounting
  • Creation of new suppliers in the system
  • Handling the vehicle fleet and company cell phone contracts

Requirements

  • A C2 level of German( both written & spoken)
  • A C1 level of English(both written & spoken)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong competency in handling MS Office programs
  • Ability to work independently and possess a solutionoriented approach
  • Friendly and communicative demeanor as the first company representative
  • Prior experience with office organization preferred
  • Open to learn acquire new skills and knowledge
  • Able to communicate at Continuum Global Solutions Gttingen Office
