Job Description

We are your premier provider of innovative mobile trailers refrigerators kitchens and classrooms designed to meet Manufactured Trailer needs for South Africa.


About the Role:

Management of the reception area including but not limited to:

  • Making sure that it is tidy at all times
  • Receiving clients in a polite and friendly manner
  • Managing the Africa Trailers email address customer service
  • Assisting with sorting and distributing of incoming post.
  • Assisting with the sales team with customer enquiries


Managing of the switchboard including but not limited to:

  • Answering of calls in a polite and friendly manor
  • Finding out the nature of the call and transferring it to the correct department first time.
  • Taking of accurate messages and immediately passing them on to the persons concerned via email.
  • Reporting of down or faulty lines and or equipment.


Requirements

  • Experience as an Office Admin Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Matric Grade 12
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Handson experience with office equipment (eg. printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
