  • Managing and coordinating office operations
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Handling and responding to customer and client inquiries
  • Assisting with special projects and events
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support to management and other staff
  • Assisting with financial tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking
  • Managing and maintaining the company s website and social media accounts


Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in business administration or related field is preferred
  • Experience in an office administration role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
