What You Will Do

The Office Administrator performs customer service tasks to provide excellent internal and external experience. This role coordinates scheduling for specific teams for leads repairs or maintenance needs. This position plays a critical role in the company in order to keep the team operations running smoothly.

  • Answers and directs all incoming calls in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Greets clients visitors and applicants in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Responds to inquiries and requests from clients and vendors via email text or calls.
  • Processes all incoming and outgoing mail packages certified mailings FedEx and UPS daily.
  • Maintains facility operations by emailing and scheduling vendors as needed to repair malfunctioning equipment and systems.
  • Orders and keeps inventory of all office and coffee supplies and keeps conference rooms stocked and tidy.
  • Scans and files various documents.
  • Manages master schedule for irrigation lighting services and incoming leads for Residential Team.
  • Updates data and information in systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 24 years of customer service and/or scheduling management experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail strong organizational and multitasking skills.
