Office Administration - Operations Assistant I

MW Partners is currently seeking a Office Administration Operations Assistant to work for our client who is a leading global insurance company.

Responsibilities:

• Entering data such as name address vehicle and driver information from physical (some with checks attached) and pdf copies of applications into our policy system (DRC Cloud).
• Use Ricoh copy machines to scan in physical applications and change forms to pdfs for distribution.
• Use Ricoh copy machines to scan already processed coverage forms and attach them to the appropriate policy in our policy system.
• Report validation matching incoming applications to a policy system report for incoming payments.
• For hours 7:00am to 3:30pm EST would be ideal to ensure there is other employees (and myself) present onsite.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of Data Entry Experience
