We are looking for NPD Expert Auxiliary Mechanical Design/ PackagingBangalore with 6 to 15 Yrs of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.
Key Skills: Auxiliary Design/ Packaging NPD Auxiliary Oil and GAs Base Plate Assembly Drawing
Note: Candidate shall be willing to work at customer location.

Responsibilities
Hands on experience in New Product Development (NPD) of Auxiliary Systems for equipment and piping layout under any of the disciplines like: Gas Turbine Steam Turbine Centrifugal compressor & Pumps Auxiliary Mechanical expert Design will be responsible for the Conceptual & detail design for Skid mechanical packaging design for all disciplines. He/ She will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. He/ She will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating new costeffective solutions for designs. He/ She should be expert and responsible for designing of all/ some of the following;
- Plot plan TurboGroup general arrangement machinery foundation machinery main purchaser mechanical connection.
- Interconnecting piping layout air interconnecting piping antiicing & antisurge air interconnecting piping & supports miniskirt cross piping & supports Pipe and cable tranches layout
- Machinery base plate frames & piping inlet plenum drains piping for GT piping full supply plant interconnecting piping & support
- General arrangement for water injection skid purge air skid oil mist separation skid hydraulic starting skid synthetic oil console fuel gas treatment skid
- Oil purifier outline mineral lube oil skid outline cooling water skid outline hydraulic starting console
- Piping thermal stress calculation base plate calculation report machinery foundation calculation
- Piping lines specifications main skid weighting specification fuel gas shutoff and vent valve skid specification mineral oil console full supply plant manual valves
- Machinery base plate Machinery foundation bolts walkways inside & outside enclosure on base enclosure & specification load gear enclosure
- Package interfaces study miniskirt general assembly dwg mask for Machinery foundations
- Perform Technical Reviews. Review process 30%60%90%. Handhold guide & mentor the team to improve the technical competency of the team
- Drive Knowledge Management Continuous improvement & Productivity improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- More than 10 to 20 years of Experience in Gas Turbine/Steam Turbine/Centrifugal compressor/Reciprocating compressor/Pumps Designing in oil and gas/petrochemical/power sector.
- Should be able to read P&IDs Customer Specification
- Should be able to provide support on preparation of Equipment Specification / Datasheets Purchase Specification
- Tools skill: Siemens NX10 or above AutoCAD & Team Center
- Should be able to prepare Project Scheduling monitoring and control and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents timely execution
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in an engineering position for Auxiliary System Engineering Mechanical for Turbomachinery s in oil and gas/power sector.
