1. Nexthink Monitoring and Analysis:
- Continuously monitor Nexthink data and alerts to identify potential issues or anomalies.
- Analyze Nexthink data to proactively detect and resolve IT problems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot incidents reported / related through Nexthink.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the monitored assets (including baselining).Create and update documentation related to incident responses and problem resolutions

1. Incident Response:
Collaborate with other IT teams to investigate detected anomalies.
Document incident details and implementations done allowing selfhealing / resolutions by L1/L2 and recommendations for future prevention.
Analyses incident trends in the different support levels allowing shifttoleft of these activities leading to a faster MTTR..
Performance Optimization:
Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall user experience based on Nexthink Data.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of Nexthink configurations procedures and best practices.
