$5000 Sign On Bonus Eligible
Serves as an integral member of emergency department/CDU care team. Provides psychosocial assessments coordination and implementation of age appropriate social medicine services to meet the needs of patients/families/significant others in the emergency department and CDU.
MustHaves:
- Minimum one (1) year experience in the health care setting.
- Masters degree in Social Work.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii) OR Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii)
- Basic Life Support within 0.5 months of hire from the American Heart Association
NiceToHaves:
- ED Medical Social Work or inpatient medical social work experience
$5000 sign on bonus
