• Good understanding of the following technologies: Palo Alto Fortinet Checkpoint FW Cisco VMWare Juniper Azure F5 DNS
• Demonstrated highlevel organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Experience working within an SLAdriven environment to the ITIL framework
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving escalated network incidents providing level 3/4 engineering support
• Certifications in the Network industry such as CCNP CCNA NSEX PCNSE Juniper Cert or others
