This is a remote position.
Philippinebased (Filipino) applicants only.
An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic and fresh IT company for an experienced vibrant and highenergy Network Engineer.
Reporting to the Senior IT Manager you will be a selfstarting highly organised and experienced Level 3 IT Technical support representative. Willingness to learn new technology dynamic thinking & flexibility is a must.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Windows Servers VMware (ESXi/vCentre) Virtual Environments Networking (Windows/general) Microsoft 365 Basic experience in cloud computing on Amazon Azure and private cloud. A background within Financial Services or Medical Industry working for a major client in Australia USA UK or another western Country is desirable.
You will be proficient in problemsolving and developing solutions based on the needs of clients and as directed by your client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Followup to assure customer satisfaction

- Keep calendar tickets & documentation updated

Requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent in information technology preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Helpdesk /IT support experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft 365 and O365
- Must have technical skills in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 Active Directory Group Policy Networking and File Services.
- Experiences in VMware ESXi Fortigate Firewalls Azure AD Intune Windows 10 Professional
- Experience in PHP WordPress HTML is highly desirable
- Proactive / selfmotivated
- Willingness to learn new technology firewalls Cisco etc
- Basic coding skills in PowerShell are desirable
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 55000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
6. Annual Appraisal
7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. SHIFT TIMES: 6:30AM to 3:30PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Degree, diploma or appropriate major in related discipline (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science) Experience: Preferred IT work experience IT-related roles Preferred Client/Customer-facing experience Skills: Essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications focusing on Excel Customer/Client service Desirable Qualtrics Microsoft 365 Sales Processes / CRM Management Base understanding of HTML or similar computing languages PHP and/or Python or similar scripting knowledge Competencies: Essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time management Priority setting Problem solving abilities Data manipulation skills Fast learner Attention to detail Team player Additional Requirements PERFORMANCE GOALS: Deadlines met Quality work Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times KEY RESULTS INDICATORS: Quality work: measured reduction in errors and evidence of processes in place Client and Consultant Service Level Agreement (SLA) established and met Client satisfaction: demonstrate evidence of client satisfaction
