  • Candidate MUST have at least 10 years of total IT experience*
  • There is no option to solely work from home.
  • State of Minnesota experience is preferred.

IMP SKILLS
  1. Experience developing ASP .NET MVC applications with C#
  2. Experience in Unit test (NUnit)
  3. Experience using HTML/CSS
  4. Experience using JavaScript
  5. CSS experience
  6. Experience using Entity Framework
  7. Experience writing TSQL for MS SQL Server
  8. Experience within an Agile Scrum development team
  9. Experience in development of Windows Services using .NET 4.0 or above
  10. Experience using XML schemas
  11. Experience using XSLT
  12. Experience using REST/SOAP web services
  13. Experience using Web API
  14. Experience with DevOps incorporating automation for CI/CD pipelines
  15. Experience working with frontend JavaScript libraries especially Bootstrap 4/5 and jQuery
  16. Strong communication skills sufficient to clearly communicate highly technical concepts and to introduce new technological tools or methods
  17. Ability to establish strong business partnerships with senior MNJIS team members and with criminal justice and technical staff
  18. Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts
Experience working with law enforcement or criminal justice systems
