Sr NET Developer Currier McCabe & Associates Inc d/b/a CMA Consulting Services (Latham NY) seeks a Sr NET Developer to write clean scalable code using NET programming languages using appropriate Design Patterns and SOLID principles Develop test and release new solutions and ensure the technical and business requirements are being met Test and deploy applications Revise update refactor and debug code Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support Implement and adhere to established best practice coding principles using MVC MVVM and Test Driven Development Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code and technical documentation including Detailed Functional Design Document (DFDD) Ensure programs meet standards and technical specifications perform technical analysis and component delivery Gather information from existing systems analyze program and time requirements Assist technical lead in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs Conduct quality assurance activities such as peer reviews Complete unit test and assure that the functionality is completed as documented or designed Provide application production and product support by analyzing user or system errors and resolving them within the agreed upon Service Level Agreements Develop reports using SSRS Oracle Reports PL/SQL and SQL Design and develop logical and physical data models that meet application requirements Tune up design and code for maintainability scalability and efficiency using established product framework and tools Support deployment activities including assisting and migrating application code components across test/production environments and trouble shoot and resolve any environment issues Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science/Engineering or a related field with years of programming experience in a Microsoft environment including experience in MicrosoftNET C# Visual Basic JavaScript SQL Server Oracle ASPNET MVC JQuery AJAX Object Oriented Analysis and Design experience experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) of Software Configuration Management and SDLC management experience using ORM such as Entity Framework CSS HTML Bootstrap Knockout and experience working SSRS and Oracle Reports
