Direct collection from billing system subscribers who are late in paying beyond the agreed upon dates. • Visiting subscribers and communicating with them to encourage them to pay bills. • Ensure that all stipulated collection procedures are implemented with subscribers. • Preparing and preparing the necessary documents to register a “financial claim” against subscribers who default on payment with the judicial system. • Preparing the necessary reports on the special collections portfolio. • Periodic review of financial claims that are registered with the judicial system to ensure the proper conduct of judicial procedures and that any requirements of the judicial system are met.
