Job Description

- Follow up closely the implementation of the project and conduct monitoring and evaluation, including holding reflection sessions, focus groups, and preparing surveys.
- Contribute to data collection and lead its analysis in order to recommend improvements or corrective actions to implement the project and achieve results-focused results.
- Preparing interim and periodic reports for monitoring and evaluation (in Arabic and English).
- Follow up on results frameworks and project indicators, and ensure success stories are documented.
- Train staff in appropriate monitoring and evaluation techniques to build staff capacity, raise awareness of the importance of monitoring and evaluation, and encourage accountability for demonstrating results
- Work and cooperate with partners to enhance the quality and consistency of monitoring and evaluation activities in the field.
- Present monitoring and evaluation findings and recommendations to support performance planning, risk analysis and mitigation.
- Support staff in creating and monitoring action plans.
- Ensure high data quality.
