Key Responsibilities:

• Possess indepth knowledge of MongoDB architecture installation and administration.
• Manage MongoDB including installation configuration and performance tuning.
• Database High Availability and Disaster Recovery:
• Develop and test disaster recovery strategies to ensure data availability and business continuity.
• Enforce security measures access controls and encryption to protect sensitive data.
• Perform periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Database Performance Tuning:
• Identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks slow queries and resource contention issues in MongoDB.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive backup and recovery strategies for MongoDB
• Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures to ensure data recoverability.
• Database Monitoring and Alerts:
• Set up proactive monitoring and alerting for database health and performance issues.
• Respond to alerts and incidents promptly to minimize service disruptions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline routine database management tasks.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of database configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex databaserelated issues.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support and other teams to address escalated incidents.
• Lead databaserelated projects such as database migrations consolidations and performance enhancements.
