Must have 35 years of experience As a Modern Trade management within the FMCG industry or retail industry.
Responsibility Area
Modern Trade Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute modern trade strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and prioritize modern trade channels including supermarkets hypermarkets and chain stores.
- Create joint business plans with key accounts to drive mutual growth and profitability.
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
- Negotiate terms pricing and promotions with key account partners.
- Monitor sales performance track account profitability and resolve any issues or concerns.
Promotions and Merchandising:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends consumer behaviour and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
- Monitor competitor pricing promotions and product offerings to stay ahead in the market.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing supply chain and finance to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate market trends customer feedback and business insights to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and execution of modern trade strategies.
