Urgently Hiring for Compressor Millwrights ASAP!!We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compressor Millwright to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the installation maintenance repair and troubleshooting of a variety of compressors including reciprocating centrifugal and screw compressors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:Install assemble disassemble and repair compressors according to manufacturer specifications and blueprints.Perform routine maintenance on compressors including lubrication oil changes and filter replacements.Troubleshoot and diagnose compressor problems and make necessary repairs.Align and level compressors using precision tools.Fabricate and repair minor parts using welding and machining equipment.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.Follow all safety procedures and regulations.Work independently and as part of a team.RequirementsQualifications:Must be located in TEXAS due to safety training purposes.High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compressor Millwright or in a related field.Experience with a variety of compressors including reciprocating centrifugal and screw compressors. Must have reciprocating compressor experience.Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.Welding and machining experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.Valid drivers license.
