Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answers incoming phones emails and chats related to:
Questions about an order
Status of orders including giving an expected due date
Handling discrepancies and concerns related to damaged furniture repairs
Follow up on expedited or incorrect orders
Performs Order Entry
Document processes during training and to assist in creating SOPs and documentation
Resolve problems and challenges
Communicate with client Manager and technical staff and escalate outstanding issues when required.
Perform work on webbased email and chat system as required to resolve user experience.
Key Qualifications:
High level of written and oral communication that includes follow up skills to ensure the issues are resolved in their entirety and ensure that clients are satisfied.
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks
The ability to solve and diffuse a variety of challenges and situations
Speaks with minimal accent 8.5 of 10
Strong technology background experience is a plus including experience with WordPress Intercom and other webbased platforms
Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail Calendar Google Docs and Google Sheets)
Proficiency with key social platforms (Twitter Instagram and Facebook) is a plus
Flexible in shift as business is open Monday Saturday from 8 AM CST 5 PM CST and CSR would need to work 5 of the 6 days
Shift / Hours:
Talent will work 5 of 6 days as their business is open Monday Saturday: 8:00 AM CST 5:00 PM CST in one single shift. Note this is 13 Philippine time which will be 9:00 PM PHT 6:00 AM in PHT.
