Job Responsibilities

• Strong CRM industry and product knowledge.
• Customize MS Dynamics 365 by creating entities relationships and web resources
• Develop test and document working solutions integrations and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform
• Develop Forms Report customizations and create data entities in Dynamics 365
• Develop interfaces and integrations between CRM related systems and thirdparty software packages.
• Write plugins for MS Dynamics 365 and utilize plugin registration tool

Job Description

• Experience with writing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflow activities
• Provide technical support for trouble tickets that need developer assistance
• Provide estimates for new development requests
• Perform design development unit testing and deployment activities related to breakfix and enhancement projects
• Lead coderelated activities necessary with Microsoft updates
• Create application integrations applications using WCF and Web API
• Manage and deploy CI/CD for CRM solutions
• Preferred to have experience with C#/.Net PowerApps Flow PowerBI Azure DevOps
• Experience developing canvas and model driven PowerApps
• Highly desirable experience building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow) Power Apps Power BI Dynamics
