Microsoft and Okta Product Manager - Access Review Cloud Platform

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of an Access Review Cloud Platform with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Okta deep expertise in Identity Management and Microsoft Active Directory integration and a musthave Microsoft 365 certification. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management a deep understanding of Identity Management technologies Microsoft Active Directory and a passion for driving innovation in identity and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for the Access Review Cloud Platform aligning it with the organizations goals and market demands.
  
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs market trends and business objectives.
  
• Microsoft 365 Okta and Active Directory Integration: Leverage expertise in Microsoft 365 Okta and Microsoft Active Directory to design seamless integration with these platforms ensuring a userfriendly and efficient experience.
  
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and engineers to gather and document detailed product requirements.
  
• Feature Definition: Define product features and specifications creating user stories wireframes and mockups to communicate the vision to the development team.
  
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitive products and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
  
• User Experience: Champion usercentric design principles ensuring the Access Review Cloud Platform delivers an intuitive and efficient user experience.
  
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to ensure product quality conducting thorough testing and validation.
  
• Launch and Promotion: Plan and execute product launches collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop gotomarket strategies and promotional materials.
  
• Customer Feedback: Solicit and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and drive user satisfaction.
  
• Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation including user guides and release notes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in product management preferably in the field of identity and access management.
  
• Deep knowledge of Identity Management technologies and Microsoft Active Directory.
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Okta platforms.
  
• Must have Microsoft 365 certification (e.g. Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  
• Strong project management skills.
  
• Creative problemsolving abilities.
  
• Proactive and selfmotivated.
  
• Familiarity with cloudbased solutions and security is a plus.
