Responsibilities:

3. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential targets vendors and stakeholders employing strong communication and interpersonal skills to secure favorable terms.

4. Integration Planning: Develop and execute integration plans to ensure a smooth transition postacquisition focusing on operational efficiency and synergies.

5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the financial impact of potential acquisitions and assess return on investment.

6. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies within the IT consulting space to identify potential opportunities.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and legal considerations throughout the M&A process.

8. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders fostering collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field; MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an M&A Specialist with a focus on IT consulting companies.
3. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
