Position : Senior Merchandiser
**Key Responsibilities:**
Plan and execute orders as per established processes and timelines ensuring a minimum of 95% of orders are delivered on time and within budget.
Track and manage approvals of products at different stages striving to achieve a 100% approval rate within specified deadlines.
Ensure ontime payments from clients maintaining a 100% compliance rate with payment schedules.
Oversee product samplings and sourcing ensuring that all samples meet the required quality standards and are received within stipulated deadlines.
Train and manage junior merchandising staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Conduct weekly meetings with clients to explore new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with an aim to secure at least one new client every month.
Liaise closely with the production team to ensure smooth order execution and to resolve any productionrelated issues promptly.
Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders including suppliers clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Participate in regular market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Skills Required:**
A minimum of three years of experience in merchandising is required.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn smart and decisive.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
A team player who is well versed with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadline

**Key Responsibilities: **
Coordinates all samples and fabric status updates
Support the Senior Merchandiser in ensuring that all samples are delivered to customers correctly and according to target dates
Analyze selling weekly & present findings to the Senior Merchandiser

Ability to multitask while working in a fast paced dynamic work environment
Selfstarter selfmotivated and team player a must
