Job Description:
Oversee timely delivery of goods from suppliers
Managing and collating the Monday trade pack
Maintain and manage the WSSI
Producing analysis to determine replenishment strategy
Ensure accuracy of delivery dates on POs
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Help to maximise commercial opportunities through effective inventory management and forecasting of sales and stock levels
Update internal databases with order details including dates vendors and quantities
Maintain comprehensive records of contracts discounts and costs
