Job Description

- Responsible to create 3D system CAD drawings in Revit for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing.
- Coordinate between trades to make sure their system fits in given structural/architectural layouts.
- MEP Layout detailing modelling and drafting as per customer s requirements for buildings and project sites using Revit with all kinds of LOD 100 to 300.
- Preparation of HVAC shop drawings ventilation and chilled water layout duct and pipe size calculations.
- MEP coordination and clash detection with Architectural Structure and other discipline regarding project using Navisworks Review and QA/QC project deliverables.
- Must be expert in latest Revit Navisworks AutoCAD software versions Able to create parametric families Aware about work sets collaboration BIM 360.
Requirements
- Understanding and implementing ISO and other predefined work processes.
- Attention to detail Meeting internal as well as customer s quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.Execute tasks independently also as part of team Coordinating within team and with other teams for project completion by studying customer s requirements.
- Daily MIS reporting Meeting predefined project delivery timelines Maintain and monitor project reports timesheets and other documents Strive for betterment & add value by contributing innovatively wherever possible.
