We are looking for a Medical Director to join our team!
The Medical Director (MD) position provides strategic direction coaching and mentoring to the Associate Veterinarians to ensure safe consistent efficient therapeutic and ethical patient care and outstanding client service. They will collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop a hospital annual operating plan. They will own the own the responsibility of developing and maintaining the minimum Standards of Care. The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence leadership recruiting retention and advocating
Our hospital is fully equipped with electronic medical records inhouse diagnostics digital radiography digital dental radiography ultrasound and laser therapy. Each pet will be treated according to his or her needs not some preset protocol or policy. Our room to expand the clinic means room to grow our capacity for advanced procedures in the future and we would love to invest in you. Requirements
- Licensed Oregon Veterinarian (Active & Clear).
- Excellent demonstrated medical and surgical skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues DVMs and teammates to build a resultsdriven teamoriented environment.
- 3 years DVM experience
- 1 years Leadership experience desired but not required
