We are looking for a Medical Director to join our team!
The Medical Director (MD) position provides strategic direction coaching and mentoring to the Associate Veterinarians to ensure safe consistent efficient therapeutic and ethical patient care and outstanding client service. They will collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop a hospital annual operating plan. They will own responsibility for ensuring Clinic Revenue Targets are achieved and minimum Standards of Care are developed and complied with. The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence leadership recruiting retention.

Requirements
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues DVMs and teammates to build a resultsdriven teamoriented environment.
- 3 years DVM experience
- 1 years Leadership experience desired but not required
- Washington State Veterinary license active and in good standing
