Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Medical Director to lead our medical team at a leading health and wellness brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both medical and nonmedical operations with a proven track record in business development and strategic planning in the healthcare sector.
Job Description:
As the Medical Director you will be responsible for providing strategic direction maintaining quality assurance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in patient care. Your role will involve a blend of clinical oversight and business leadership ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services while driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical and Operational Leadership:
Oversee medical practitioners ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Drive the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
Manage operations and business development for various departments.
2. Strategic Business Development:
Lead business development initiatives including the establishment of new departments and services.
Drive P&L marketing and planning for various healthcare services.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Develop and update SOPs for medical procedures and treatments.
4. Innovation and Technology Integration:
Research and integrate emerging technologies in noninvasive cosmetic treatments.
Implement innovative treatment methodologies.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work with crossfunctional teams to align medical practices with business objectives.
Engage with external medical professionals and institutions for collaborative opportunities.
6. Training and Development:
Lead training programs for medical staff.
Ensure ongoing professional development in line with the latest medical advancements.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in dermatology or cosmetology.
1015 years of experience in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine with significant experience in healthcare operations and business development.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in healthcare.

Compensation:
Competitive annual salary ranging from 22 to 24 lakhs negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
