Mechanical Engineering Project Manager

Growing fullservice firm looking to add a talented Mechanical Engineering Project Manager to their Pittsburgh Ohio team!

Responsibilities:

• Project manager responsibilities
  
• Utilize technical expertise to analyze designs identify issues and find solutions
  
• Assist with strategic planning
  
• Build/maintain client relationships and meet revenue goals
  
• Manage engineers/architects
  
• Administrative duties (develop communicate track workflow tasks and scheduling)
  
• Ensure QA/QC standards are met and project documentation are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget requirements
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Some travel required
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• 12 years of design experience (Healthcare Educational Federal Public Building Retail and Commercial)
  
• Extensive experience with HVAC and Plumbing Design
  
• Experience with Steam and High Temperature System design preferred
  
• PE License preferred
  
• Proficient in building load calculations sizing and selection system
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
  
• Understanding of mechanical codes plumbing codes and ASHRAE design standards
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
